There are special tariffs for large projects

The client must inform me of all changes made during the translation process that could affect the content or format of the document. This could carry a change in price to the quotation and the delivery date.

The translation project’s handling charges are charged to the client, except in the case of email.

Before a translation or interpreter job is accepted on our part, the client will receive a quotation that must be returned by fax, dutifully signed by the client.

Payment method: 30 days after the project has been delivered, a bank transfer is to be made, or in accordance with the client.

Conditions and tariffs for emergency translations.

Up to 200 words (€30 + 16%VAT)

• Text with more that 200 words and up to 500 words: €30 for the first 200 words and €0.15 for each additional word (+ 16% VAT)
• If you have an emergency translation that exceeds 500 words and wish to have a quotation, please contact us .

Steps to follow:

1. The client must send the document by email or fax.
2. The translator will send the client confirmation that the text has been received by email or fax.
3. When the translation has finished, the translator will communicate this to the client.
4. The client pays the translation via PayPal or bank transfer
5. Once payment confirmation has been received, the translator will send the translation and the corresponding bill.
